ERTEA SE distributes branded products to Central and Eastern Europe since 2008 through its branch offices. We focus especially on mobile accessories. Our company grows by 30 % every year and it is essential for us to bring new and unrivalled brands, products and solutions to our markets. We are proud of our portfolio that consists exclusively of premium brands and products that stand out in term of quality, solution and workmanship in any competition. This strategy ensures continuous company growth and development of our sales team. We have a branch or sales representative who is in close contact with our customers in each country of our business areal as we find important to stay in touch with the customers and provide them the best service and cooperation locally.

We represent
Every manufacturer or producer we represent in a way as if their products were our own products. Based on an agreements with producers we participate on PR or local advertising on social networks, internet, radio and TV. We never cooperate with brands that compete with each other.
We localize
We are helpful with creating or completely provide all the guides and product instructions in customers language so each product meet the individual national requirements and so the customers are always satisfied.
We provide service
We provide warranty and post-warranty service for all products in our service center or alternatively after the agreement with our producer we provide service locally. There are the top experts who asses warranty and post-warranty conditions in the centers.
